Why are my settings changes not reflected in Pulsar?

Problem

You changed some settings in Pulsar, and you may have run Sync Now, but your changes are not reflected in Pulsar.

Solution

After changing settings in Pulsar, you must first refresh the settings, and then Sync Now.

  1. Click the Settings button.

  2. Click Refresh Settings.

  3. Click the Online Status button in the lower-left corner.

  4. Click Sync now from the menu.
