How do I get Service Report Images to show up when using FSL?
Problem
When using service reports with FSL, sometimes the images on the service report template do not display when the service report is generated in Pulsar. A broken image link error displays instead.
Example
The Luminix logo is added to the Service Report Template:
When the service report is generated, an error (User added image) displays instead of the logo:
Solution
The setting for “Use POST requests for cross-domain sessions” needs to be turned off.
Perform the following steps to fix the error:
In the Salesforce org, go to Setup.
Search for Session Settings or browse for it under Security
Uncheck “Use POST requests for cross-domain sessions”.
Save the Session Settings.
