Problem

When using service reports with FSL, sometimes the images on the service report template do not display when the service report is generated in Pulsar. A broken image link error displays instead.

Example

The Luminix logo is added to the Service Report Template:

When the service report is generated, an error (User added image) displays instead of the logo:

Solution

The setting for “Use POST requests for cross-domain sessions” needs to be turned off.

Perform the following steps to fix the error:

1. In the Salesforce org, go to Setup.
   

   Open

   

2. Search for Session Settings or browse for it under Security
   
   

   Open

   

3. Uncheck “Use POST requests for cross-domain sessions”.
   
   

   Open

   

4. Save the Session Settings.
