What types of Salesforce notifications does Pulsar support?

Pulsar uses the Salesforce mobile app SDK, and supports Salesforce mobile app notifications. Salesforce mobile app notifications are useful for informing your users about support ticket submissions, workflow milestones, Chatter mentions, or other situations. These notifications can be in-app or push notifications and can even be displayed on the user’s lock screen. There are two types of notifications supported by Salesforce, standard (predefined) and custom. Requirements

Users must be using an iOS or Android mobile device to see notifications in Pulsar, because those are the only platforms supported by Salesforce mobile app notifications. Windows is not supported. For more information, refer to Send Mobile Push Notifications.
