What Salesforce API level does Pulsar support?

Pulsar currently uses Salesforce API 61.0 for all API communication with Salesforce servers. It is important to know which API is used, to determine whether certain Salesforce features may be available to Pulsar, such as new fields and metadata properties added by Salesforce.
