How do I find my Content Document ID
How do I find my Content Document ID
Each file that is stored in Salesforce Content Libraries has an ID like any other Salesforce object. This is an 18-digit string of characters that uniquely identifies that file. When customizing Pulsar Settings, you may need to use this ID. This article lists the steps you can follow to look up the document ID.
Finding the Document ID
The Document ID can be found in Salesforce by following these steps:
Click on the App Launcher.
Search for Files.
Select Content Libraries.
Navigate to the folder containing your file.
Select View File Details from the dropdown menu for that file.
Look at the URL. The ID is an 18-character code near the end of the URL. In this example, it is 069040000019bK5AAI.
