The very first time you use Pulsar, please make sure the device has a good Wi-Fi/3G connection. This is when Pulsar syncs all the data you need from Salesforce to the device.

Daily Sync - Start of the day
Make sure to sync (over a good Internet connection) before starting the day. This will ensure that device has all the latest information from the Salesforce.
Click on the green button on the toolbar and then Sync Now (at the bottom) to start the sync process.
This is generally a very short sync process and should not take more than few minutes to complete.

This button is present only for disaster recovery mode and it runs a full initial sync.
You don't actually ever have to use it. If for any reason, you need to, you should contact your SF admin or Luminix Support Image Added

Working in Offline Mode
If the network connection is not consistent and keeps dropping during field visits, you can work in offline mode.
