Default Value (if any) | |

Description | By default, the tab icons and tab background colors you've defined on Salesforce are used as your button images where available. Implement this setting to specify a different icon image or background color. The format for this setting's key is: "pulsar.home." + <object api name> + ".image". The background color is specified in the value as three comma separated numbers (Red, Green, Blue) each number ranging anywhere from 0 to 255. The image is attached to the setting itself as an Attachment. For the icon, we recommend that you use a PNG or JPG image of relatively equal width and height ranging anywhere from 64 to 128 pixels. Also, generally, an icon with a transparent background may look better especially when paired with your chosen background color. |
Notes/Comments | Here is an example key/value pair for specifying a different image and a red background color for the 'Contacts' object tab: Key: pulsar.home.contacts.image Value: 150,0,0 Please note that to change the standard Pulsar included items described in the 'HomePage Button Positions' (pulsar.home.topPositions) setting, you use the following key format instead: "pulsar.home.pulsar_" + <name of pulsar standard item> + ".image". This setting doesn't apply to the 'ContentLibraryTabs' or 'AppTabs' items as these are button groups and not individual buttons. Here is an example key/value pair for specifying a different image and a purple background color for the standard Pulsar 'calendar' button: Key: pulsar.home.pulsar_calendar.image Value: 180,0,180 |
