There are three common ways to log into Pulsar:
Sandbox
Production
Community URL
You must log out of Pulsar to change between the Sandbox and Production environments.
Logging into Sandbox or Production
To log into the Sandbox, you must first log out of Production or any other instance that you are in.
iOS
Launch Pulsar.
If you are on the Home screen, you must log out.
Click the settings button (gear icon) in the lower right corner of the screen.
Click the Switch/add user button.
Click Select another account.
Choose an account email and click Select or Click New User, if the account is not in the list.
Choose Sandbox or Production.
Log in and enter the account email address and password.
Click Allow on the Allow access screen.
If asked for a verification code, check the email listed on the screen and enter the code in the box.
Android or Windows
Launch Pulsar.
If you are on the Home screen, you must log out.
Click the settings button (gear icon) in the lower right corner of the screen.
Click the Switch/add user button.
Click Select another account.
Choose an account email and click Select or Click New User, if the account is not in the list.
Choose Sandbox.
Log in and enter the account email address and password.
Click Allow on the Allow access screen.
If asked for a verification code, check the email listed on the screen and enter the code in the box.
Logging into a Community URL
The community URL requires a browser and takes you to a custom Pulsar web app.
Open your browser.
Enter the URL of the Community you wish to log into.
Enter the username and password on the login screen.
Click Log in.
The Pulsar app opens.
