Pulsar Agent uses tool requests to perform actions in response to spoken or written user prompts. The results are displayed in the Pulsar UI and confirmed in the Pulsar Agent chat window.

List Objects

This tool navigates to the default listview for a salesforce object.

Example phrases:

  • list accounts

  • list my contacts

Create Object

This tool navigates to an object detail page in create mode.

Example phrases:

  • create an account

  • create a contact

View Object

This tool is available on the list view page and navigates to an object detail page in display mode.

Example phrases:

  • view the first account

  • view the last contact

Edit Object

This tool is available on the list view page and navigates to an object detail page in edit mode.

Example phrases:

  • edit the second account

  • edit the last contact
