Retrieving Microsoft WebView2 Version

Retrieving Microsoft WebView2 Version

Pulsar relies on the web view provided by each platform to run your custom code. This means you are using Webview2 on Windows, whose version and runtime will vary based on the Windows O/S version you are running.

You can follow the steps on this page to retrieve your WebView2 version. For more information about WebView2, visit https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/webview2/.

  1. Search the Start Menu for Task Manager.

  2. Find and expand Pulsar for Salesforce in the Processes list.

  3. Right-click on any one of the Microsoft Edge WebView2 entries.

  4. Choose “Properties”.

  5. Click the Details tab to see your WebView2 version.
