Problem

You initially try to log into Pulsar, and receive an error: Could not resolve host name.

Solution

There may be an issue with the settings on your laptop. It is possible that the security settings on your Windows laptop are preventing a connection to Salesforce. Check your security settings and make sure you are allowed to connect to Salesforce. You may need to disable you firewall (Windows Firewall or your anti-virus software’s firewall) and see if you can log in. If that works, you need to whitelist Salesforce in your firewall.
