Logging into the Sandbox

iOS

  1. Launch Pulsar

  2. Do one of the following to log in:

    1. You are not on the login screen -

      1. Click the settings button (gear icon) in the lower right corner.

      2. Click the Switch/add user button.

      3. Click the Select another account button.

    2. You are on the login screen and your desired login email is on the button -

      1. Click the button for your account.

    3. You are on the login screen and your desired login email is not on the button -

      1. Choose Add Account and do one of the following:

        • Choose an account email and click Select

        • Click New User if the account is not in the list

  3. Choose Sandbox.

  4. Enter the account email address.

  5. Enter the account password.

  6. Click Allow on the Allow access screen.

  7. If asked for a verification code, check the email listed on the screen and enter the code in the box.

Android or Windows

  1. Launch Pulsar

  2. Do one of the following to log in:

    1. You are not on the login screen -

      1. Click the settings button (gear icon) in the lower right corner.

      2. Click the Switch/add user button.

      3. Click the New User button.

    2. You are on the login screen and your desired login email is on the button -

      1. Click the button for your account.

    3. You are on the login screen and your desired login email is not on the button -

      1. Choose Select user and do one of the following:

        • Choose an account email and click Select.

        • Click New User if the account is not in the list.

  3. Choose Sandbox.

  4. Enter the account email address.

  5. Enter the account password.

  6. Click Allow on the Allow access screen.

  7. If asked for a verification code, check the email listed on the screen and enter the code in the box.

Logging into Production

iOS

  1. Launch Pulsar

  2. Do one of the following to log in:

    1. You are not on the login screen -

      1. Click the settings button (gear icon) in the lower right corner.

      2. Click the Switch/add user button.

      3. Click the Select another account button.

    2. You are on the login screen and your desired login email is on the button -

      1. Click the button for your account.

    3. You are on the login screen and your desired login email is not on the button -

      1. Choose Add Account and do one of the following:

        • Choose an account email and click Select

        • Click New User if the account is not in the list

  3. Choose Production.

  4. Enter the account email address.

  5. Enter the account password.

  6. Click Allow on the Allow access screen.

  7. If asked for a verification code, check the email listed on the screen and enter the code in the box.

Android/Windows

  1. Launch Pulsar

  2. Do one of the following to log in:

    1. You are not on the login screen -

Logging into a Community URL

  1. Open your browser.

  2. Enter the URL of the Community you wish to log into.

  3. Enter the username and password on the login screen.

  4. Click Log in.

  5. The Pulsar app opens.
