Logging into the Sandbox

iOS

1. Launch Pulsar

2. Do one of the following:

   1. If you are not logged out, click the settings button (gear icon).

      1. Click the Switch/add user button.

      2. Click the Select another account button.

   2. If you are logged out, click the button for your account, or choose Add Account and choose an account email and click Select or click New User if the account is not in the list.

3. Choose Sandbox.

4. Enter the account email address.

5. Enter the account password.

6. Click Allow on the Allow access screen.

7. If asked for a verification code, check the email listed on the screen and enter it.

Android or Windows

1. Launch the Pulsar app.

2. Do one of the following:

   1. If you are logged into another account, do the following:

      1. click the settings button (gear icon).

      2. Click the Switch/add user button.

      3. Click the New User button.

   2. If you are logged out, do one of the following:

      1. click the button for your account

      2. choose Select user and choose an account email then click Select

      3. choose Select user and scroll to New User if the account is not in the list.

3. Choose Sandbox.

4. Enter the account email address.

5. Enter the account password.

6. Click Allow on the Allow access screen.

7. If asked for a verification code, check the email listed on the screen and enter it.

Logging into Production

iOS

1. Launch Pulsar

2. Do one of the following:

   1. If you are not logged out, click the settings button (gear icon).

      1. Click the Switch/add user button.

      2. Click the Select another account button.

   2. If you are logged out, click the button for your account, or choose Add Account and choose an account email and click Select or click New User if the account is not in the list.

3. Choose Production.

4. Enter the account email address.

5. Enter the account password.

6. Click Allow on the Allow access screen.

7. If asked for a verification code, check the email listed on the screen and enter it.

Android/Windows

1. Launch the Pulsar app.

2. Do one of the following:

   1. If you are logged into another account, do the following:

      1. click the settings button (gear icon).

      2. Click the Switch/add user button.

      3. Click the New User button.

   2. If you are logged out, do one of the following:

      1. click the button for your account

      2. choose Select user and choose an account email then click Select

      3. choose Select user and scroll to New User if the account is not in the list.

3. Choose Production.

4. Enter the account email address.

5. Enter the account password.

6. Click Allow on the Allow access screen.

7. If asked for a verification code, check the email listed on the screen and enter it.

Logging into a Community URL

1. Open your browser.

2. Enter the URL of the Community you wish to log into.

3. Enter the username and password on the login screen.

4. Click Log in.

5. The Pulsar app opens.
