Logging into Pulsar is the same as logging into Salesforce mobile, because Pulsar uses the same SDK. Your For this reason, Pulsar does not require a separate login and uses your Salesforce login.
You must log out of Pulsar to change between the Sandbox and Production environments.
Logging into Sandbox or Production
You must log out of Pulsar to change between the Sandbox and Production environments.
Launch Pulsar.
If you are on the Home screen when Pulsar launches
Click the settings button (gear icon) in the lower right corner of the screen.
b. Click the Switch/add user button.
c. Click Select another account.
3. Follow these instructions to log into Pulsar in the desired environment - Production, Sandbox, or a Custom/Community URL.

First time Logging into Pulsar
Launch Pulsar.
If you have never logged in as a user, you will see the login screen below. Click Sign in with Salesforce.
Choose a connection type. The option to login to Production is the default choice. You can always choose a different connection type to login to Sandbox or a Custom/Community URL.

iOS - Click the + sign to use a Community URL or Custom server (if you are using a SSO server). Then enter your address (URL) in the Host box and click Done.
Enter the address (URL) without the https://.
Android/Windows - Click Community or Custom (if you are using a SSO server). Then enter your address (URL).
Enter the address (URL) with the https://.
Uncheck the Production server checkbox if your URL is for a sandbox.
Log in and enter the account email address and password.
The log in screen may look different, if your organization has customizations.

Click Allow on the Allow access screen.
If asked for a verification code, check the email listed on the screen and enter the code in the box.

If you see the home screen when you launch Pulsar, you have auto-login enabled. Follow the instructions in Logging in as a Different User, and then come back to these steps.
Launch Pulsar.
Click Select another account.
Choose an account email and click Select or Click New User, if the account is not in the list.
4. Choose Sandbox or Production.

A Community URL can be accessed in two ways, via a browser or through the Pulsar app.
Using a browser to log into a Community URL
Open your browser.
Enter the URL of the Community you wish to log into.
Enter the username and password on the login screen.
Click Log in.
The Pulsar web app opens.
Using the Pulsar app to log into a Community URL
Open the Pulsar Apin as a different user
If you launch Pulsar and see the Home screen, follow the steps below to get back to the login screen and login as a different user.
Click the settings button (gear icon) in the lower right corner of the screen.
